MRI  
     
A 80-year-old African American female presented to the emergency room with the chief complaint of acute onset of left arm weakness, difficulty walking and slurred speech. Findings on physical exam showed blood pressure of 180/100 mm Hg, dysarthria and decreased motor strength in left upper and lower extremities. All her lab values were normal.
