| A 68-year-old man presented to the emergency room along with his wife because of an acute change in his mental status.His wife informs you of recent fall but was asymptomatic at the time of fall. Physical exam has shown to be disoriented to place and time with no focal neurologic deficit. Labs drawn were all normal. X ray of the cervical spine showed degenerative changes with no fracture. | ||
