  WIN DIAGNOSIS
This section of spot diagnosis will include hundreds of short case histories in USMLE format. The student will be given a short case and will be asked to make a spot diagnosis. The answer will be hidden on the same page. Student can click the answer to check if he is right or wrong. In this way our students will be fast and have practice in diagnosing before attempting the actual USMLE exams.

For eg:

A 42 year old female is admitted to the Intensive care unit with the chief complaint of sudden onset of diplopia, nausea, vomiting and abdominal pain for the last 8 hours. Patient gives a history of eating canned food hours before the symptoms. On physical exam +ve findings are paralysis of 6th cranial nerve, ptosis and bilateral dilated pupils. What is the most likely diagnosis?
